Some lettuce is exposed to the radiation of a normal mobile phone for two minutes. It is subsequently put into water. A specimen of this water is then studied under a dark field microscope. The droplets exhibit a notably different inner structure compared to the drops of water in which the same lettuce had been put before having been exposed to the radiation of the mobile phone. The resulting conclusion is that the water “recognises” or “memorises”, the effect the mobile phone had on the lettuce. This new information is reflected in the difference in appearance of the drops.
